John Bogner, the team leader has been serving the real estate needs of Ukiah and surrounding inland Mendocino County for over 29 years. Specializing in residential real estate, John has been the number one agent in the area for over 20 years. Active in the commuity, John has been president of Rotary Club of South Ukiah, Greater Ukiah Chamber of Commerce and the Mendocino County Association of Realtors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Mendocino College Foundation and the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (MLS). John, a native of Ukiah, believes in giving back to his community and is active in the Ukiah Players Theater Guild, The Miss Mendocino County Pagent and many other local projects.
Gary Nix, also a Ukiah native, has been specializing in ranches, land, commercial and investment real estate for over 31 years. With a keen knowledge of the area, Gary offers a unique perspective into the real estate market throughout inland Mendocino County. Gary’s previous Title Company managent experience also ads to the depth of knowledge he brings to his clients. Past president of the Mendocino County Board of Realtors; past chairman of the City of Ukiah Cultural Arts Commission and past board member of the Ukiah Symphony Guild. Gary enjoys cooking, travel and is an avid cyclist.
